Sony’s Wireless Radio Flash

Sony’s Wireless Radio Remote Flash Triggering system is available for the second generation of A7 cameras and the A6500. It allows owners of the Sony HVL flashes greater control than was previously allowed by using one HVL flash as a commander.
In these two movie tutorials I show the system in use on location and also how I have set up the HVL flash units, Commander and Receiver settings.

You may find it useful to see how I first create an image that underexposes the ambient light by two stops before switching on the Commander and Flash units.

The second movie focusses on the Commander and Receiver settings and how the units are ‘paired’.
