Creating an animated GIF file in Photoshop

You may have noticed GIF animations starting to appear on Facebook – so I thought I would create a tutorial to show you can create one in Photoshop.

When you have created your GIF animation you will need to post it to a forum that supports GIFs (such as Tumblr) and then paste the link from this image to your status in Facebook.
