Mark Galer is a Senior Lecturer on the BA Photography course at RMIT (the leading commercial course in Australia) and has published 29 books for the International publisher Focal Press.

Mark has a commercial background in editorial photography (travel/landscape) and is a Sony Alpha Ambassador for Australia and an Adobe beta tester for Photoshop and Photoshop Lightroom.

Mark is also an Adobe Influencer for Photoshop in the Asia/Pacific region.

Abhijit loves to combine image-making with his love for technology—his background is in computing and he has a PhD in bioinformatics and search technologies. He has co-authored two books with Mark on retouching using Adobe Photoshop Elements for Focal Press.

In 2011, a highlight for Abhijit was when his work was featured in the prestigious Luerzer’s Archive.

Abhijit is as a beta tester for several Adobe products including Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, and Lightroom.
